Welcome to Fitchef,
This document, i.e., the Terms of Use (“Terms”) contains the terms and conditions between SPARK SPORTS (“we”, “our”, “us”) that owns and controls the brands known as ‘Fitchef’ and you, the user of the Platform (“User”, “you”, “your”).
By accessing or viewing the Platform and/or using the Services, you represent that you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by the same.
1.Subscription or Orders
We offer various Subscription Plans. You can Visit our Plans page.
Price will be changed without Prior Notice.
All our Payments are Made through Our Third party vendor Razorpay.
2.Delivery
We Deliver only Selected Areas in chennai. Please refer Our Delivery Locations.
All Meals will be Delivered within the Specified Hours.
Morning : 7:00 Am to 9:00 AM ( Breakfast + Lunch )
Evening : 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM ( Dinner)
Delivery is Free within 5 kms after that we will Charge INR 10 Per KM
Our Operation are Closed on Sunday and we do not deliver Meals on Sundays
In case of any changes in Meal or Deliver Kindly Inform us One day Before 6:00 PM.
3.Cancellation and charges
You can cancel the Subscription at any time. It will be effective from the Next Billing Cycle.
You can Pause the Plans for a Week for one Month. It should be Informed Within 24 Hours
4.Refunds
Once Payment is made We do not Refund
Once a Customer buys a Package it cannot be modified.
5.Fitchef Assurance
We Provide Appropriate Protein Levels as per the Plan.
